Come in and visit our wonderful little country store.  We are really a health food store, but with the feel of an old fashioned country store.

As you can see, we offer a large variety of items.

We have the usual grains, just about any kind your heart desires.  We fresh grind flour for you or you can get one of the many kinds of flour off the shelf.

We have a great selection of gluten free products, flours, grains and packaged items.

Come on down the aisle with me and check out our selection of dried fruits and nuts.

We have anice selection of pastas, regular, whole grain, and gluten free.

Try one of our dry soup mixes for a quick supper idea.

Have with that a nice big salad from our very large selection of organic produce. Then how about a grilled cheese to top it off.  We have  the best cheese around.

Check out the fridges.  One is for cheese, dairy free cheese, butter, cream cheese, maples syrup, and drinks.

We have a special rack for the large selection of organic produce.

Then go to the back and look inside the freezers.  One has grass fed beef, chickens, summer sausage, ice cream and Rice Dream Bars!

The other freezer has veggies, fruit and prepared foods.

We carry the best local honey in these parts.  I have been selling this honey for over 20 years, it is a delight to your palette.

Move on to the baking aisle where all the sweeteners are, as well as oils, and any type of baking need.  This area also has the maple syrup!

Most cooks love kitchen utensils, and we have some great choices.  Bowls, pots and pans, baking pans, gadgets etc etc.

We  have a separate area for cookbooks, health books, children's books and games,  notions, a little yarn, a little fabric, and those kitchen gadgets that I mentioned.

As you come around, do not miss the herbs and spices.  We have over 150 choices here.

Up at the counter we have that old fashioned penny candy.  BUT, things have changed some and it is up to a nickel (or more) sorry!
